5. Applicable law and jurisdiction

The present General Conditions will be regulated by the Spanish legislation.

Carretillas Mayor S.A. and the User are subject to the jurisdiction of the Court of Valladolid, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction that may apply, for any questions arising from the services and contents of the web site, their application, interpretation, compliance or non-compliance with the hereby established.
